Originally a native of St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., Roy moved to Florida while still in his formative school years. Roy feels very lucky to have discovered his passion for real estate at a very young age. We will meet with you at your home and make a visual inspection of your home and property. We will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that shows you the most recent home sales transactions in your neighborhood with houses closest to yours in features.

We will give you expert advice on pricing your house. You will find our experience and our objectivity to be most helpful.

If any small repairs or decorative touch ups would be helpful, we are happy to share our preferred vendor list. We have personally worked with all of the vendors on our list and we continue to work with them because they do high quality work at very fair prices.
